We're currently exploring the potential of a 4-day workweek as part of our long-term people and productivity strategy. The goal is to create more space for rest, reflection, and creative thinking without compromising performance.
This future-facing initiative reflects our commitment to well-being, autonomy, and sustainable work culture. While not yet implemented, it’s a direction we’re seriously considering as we grow.
